This notice explains what information VozSync collects, how we use it, and your choices. VozSync is run by Joey Duran.
The short version: we use your information only to run the service and reply to you. We never sell it.
When you contact us or book a call
When you book a call, message us on WhatsApp or email us, we get your name, phone number, email and anything you tell us about your business. We use it only to reply, run the call you booked, and follow up about VozSync.
The live demo with Lorie
If you talk to Lorie on this site, your voice and the conversation are processed by ElevenLabs, our AI voice provider. The recording and transcript are kept for up to 30 days for quality control and training, and then deleted. You agree to this when you tap "Call now". If you don't agree, please don't use the demo.
Calls we answer for businesses
When a business uses VozSync, Lorie answers calls to that business. For those calls:
- Callers hear that the call is recorded and transcribed before the conversation starts.
- We record and transcribe each call, and write a short summary: who called, what they wanted, and the outcome.
- The business receives the recording, the transcript and the summary by email, plus a call log with the time, caller, reason and outcome of each call.
- If a caller wants an appointment, Lorie sends them the business's booking link.
- Call recordings, transcripts and summaries belong to the business, not to VozSync. We handle them only on the business's behalf, to provide the service.
- We don't sell this information, and we don't use it to advertise to callers.
- We keep call records until the business deletes them or asks us to delete them.
If you called a business that uses VozSync and want your information seen, corrected or deleted, please contact that business first, since it owns the call records. You can also contact us (below), and we will pass your request to the business and help.
Who we share information with
Only the providers that make the service work:
- ElevenLabs: the AI voice, recording and transcription.
- Twilio: the phone lines that connect calls.
- Google: email summaries, the call log, and the fonts on this site.
- Calendly: booking calls with us.
- Our website host: serving this site.
Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.
Cookies
This site doesn't use analytics or advertising trackers. It stores one small setting in your browser to remember that you closed the cookie notice. When you open the booking calendar, Calendly may set its own cookies under its policy.
Children
This site and service are not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your information. Message us on WhatsApp at +503 7726-3398 or email joey@vozsync.com, and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If we make important changes to this notice, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
